Lord of Lords
So then keep this command without spot,
unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord
Jesus Christ: which in his times he shall show,
who is the blessed and only Potentate,
the King of kings, and Lord of lords; who
only has immortality, dwelling in the light which
no man can approach unto; whom no man has
seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and
power everlasting. Amen. And he has on his
vesture and on his thigh a name written,
KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
1 Timothy 6:14-15
Lord of the Sabbath
(Now David) did eat the showbread, which is
not lawful to eat but for the priests, and gave
also to them which were with him? And Jesus
said to them: The Sabbath was made for man,
and not man for the Sabbath: Therefore the
Son of man is Lord also of the Sabbath.
