I AM
1 And Moses said to God, Behold, when I come
unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto
them, The God of your fathers has sent me to
you; and they shall say to me, What is his

name? What shall I say unto them? And God
said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and

he said, This you shall say to the children

of Israel, I AM has sent me unto you. And
God said moreover unto Moses, This shall you
say unto the children of Israel, The LORD God of
your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of
Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me unto
you: this is my name forever, and my

memorial to all generations.

2 Jesus said: your father Abraham rejoiced to
see my day: and he saw it, and was glad. Then
said the Jews unto him: You are not yet fifty
years old, and have you seen Abraham? Jesus
said to them: Truly, truly, I say unto you:
