Holy One of Israel
Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the
LORD has spoken, I have nourished and brought
up children, and they have rebelled against me.
The ox knows his owner and the donkey

his master's crib: but Israel does not
know, my people does not consider. A

sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a
seed of evildoers, and children that are
corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, and

provoked the Holy One of Israel to

anger, they are gone away backward.

Hope
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the
commandment of God our Savior, and

Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope; to
Timothy, my own son in the faith: Grace,
mercy, and peace, from God our Father and
