Needs
1 I say to you, Take no thought for your life,
what you shall eat, or what you shall drink; nor

for your body, and what you shall put on. Is not
the life more than meat, and the body than
clothing? 2 God shall supply all your need
according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

3 Do not worry because of evildoers, neither be
envious against the workers of iniquity, for they
shall soon be cut down like the grass that

withers as the herb. Trust in the LORD, and do
good; so shall you dwell in the land, and indeed
you shall be fed. Delight yourself in the LORD,
and he shall give you the desires of your
heart. Commit your way to the LORD;

trust also in him, he shall bring it to pass.

4 Your heavenly Father knows you need all

these things. But seek first the kingdom of
God, and his righteousness; and all these
things shall be added unto you. 5 Not that I
speak regarding want: for I have learned, in

whatever state I am, to be content. I know
how to both be abased, and I know how to
