Kingdom
1 Seek first the kingdom of God, and his
righteousness, and all these things shall be

added unto you. Take no thought for
tomorrow: for the morrow shall take thought
for the things of itself. Sufficient for the day is
the evil of it.

2 For the kingdom of God is not about

meat and drink; but righteousness,
peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. For he
that serves Christ in these things is acceptable

to God and approved of men. 3 The kingdom
of God is not in word alone but in power.

4 Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father's

good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
Sell what you have, and give alms; provide
yourselves bags which don't wear out, a
treasure in the heavens that fails not, where
no thieves approach, nor moth corrupts. For
where your treasure is, there your heart is also.

Let your loins be girded about, and your lights
burning, and yourselves like those that wait for
