that he is able to keep that which I have
committed unto Him against that day.

4 For whom he did foreknow, he also did
predestine to be conformed to the image of his
Son, that he might be the firstborn among

many brethren. Moreover, whom he did
predestine, those he also called, and whom he
called, he also justified, and whom he justified,
those he also glorified. What shall we then say
to these things? If God be for us, who can be
against us? He that spared not his own Son, but
delivered him up for us all, how shall he not
with him also freely give us all things? Who
shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect?

It is God who justifies.

5 Truly, truly, I say unto you, He that hears my
word, and believes on him that sent me, has
everlasting life, and shall not come into

condemnation; but is passed from death
unto life. 6 We know that we have

passed from death unto life, because

we love the brethren. He that loves not his
brother abides in death.
