habitation; that they should seek the Lord
      if  haply  they  might  feel  after  him,  and

      find him, though he is near to every one of
      us; for in him we live, and move, and have our
      being; as certain also of your own poets have
      said, For we are also his offspring.


      Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God,
      we ought not to think that the Godhead is like
      unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and
      man's device. God overlooked this in times

      of  ignorance;  but  now  commands  all
      men everywhere to repent: because he has
      appointed  a  day,  in  which  he  will  judge  the

      world in righteousness by Christ whom he has
      ordained; of which he has given assurance to all
      men, in that he has raised him from the dead.

      12  That  was  the  true  Light,  which  lights  every
      man that comes into the world. He was in the
      world, and he made the world, and the world
      knew him not. He came unto his own, and his

      own received him not. But as many as received
      him, to them he gave the power to become the
      sons of God, even to them that believe on his
