Glory of the Lord
1 The voice of him that cries in the wilderness,
Prepare the way of the LORD, make straight in
the desert a highway for our God. Every valley
shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill

shall be made low: and the crooked shall be
made straight and the rough places plain: and
the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all
flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the
LORD has spoken it.

2 God in these last days has spoken unto us by
his Son, whom he has appointed heir of all

things, by whom also he made the worlds;
who being the brightness of his glory,
and the express image of his person, and
upholding all things by the word of his power,
when he had by himself purged our sins, sat
down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.

3 And the Word was made flesh, and
dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory,

the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,)
full of grace and truth.
